Welcome!!! This home page is dedicated to our family, friends, to all the Filipino community here in Abu Dhabi and to all the Filipino working abroad not only here in U.A.E. but in all other countries as well in the hope of bringing the OVERSEAS FILIPINO WORKERS a little closer together...

Our Mission

It is the goal of this club (Aikido Filipino Club) to organize Overseas Filipino Workers here in ABU DHABI, U.A.E. by means of promoting the benefits of traditional aikido training, characterized as "The Art of Peace". It is our belief that harmony is gained through having choices. A study of the traditional aikido provides that harmony by giving us optional ways of dealing with conflict and misunderstanding.

To these ends, Aikido Filipino Club will promote the following:

1. Provide a safe environment where all people can practice, learn, and explore.

2. Use the medium of the martial arts (traditional aikido) to instill a sense of harmony, spirit, integrity, and community.

3. We will seek out and create opportunities to communicate and educate people regarding the benefits of traditional aikido training ("The art of Peace") .

4. We will network and exchange information with any style of martial arts or their practitioners who also share our belief in promoting the virtues of the martial arts.

Organization Profile

AFC, "AIKIDO FILIPINO CLUB" of the PHILIPPINE EMBASSY whose aim is to promote camaraderie among Filipino overseas workers here in ABU DHABI U.A.E. and in other countries as well by way of teaching the martial arts of TRADITIONAL AIKIDO that helps develop ones coolness...

It is our commitment to teach, disseminate and educate the public especially OFW about traditional aikido - "The Art of Peace", at a very affordable and friendly approach. Generally, our purpose is to promote a greater sense and understanding about camaraderie among Overseas Filipino Workers.
